Process: Test Xhorse Dolphin XP-005 battery storage or not (attention: please recharge it for one hour or more )

• Step 1.Remove 4 Screw two sides of the base, then remove the base armrest

• Step 2. Put the device on its one side, remove the screw marked on the picture, remove the base

• Step 3.Remove the screw and unplug 3 connectors, remember it original place(better take photo before unplugging it) when you install need plug it as original

• Step 4.Remove battery, Short-circuit the two pins of the start switch, and use a multimeter to measure the two pins of the output terminal. If there is no 24V voltage output, the battery does not store electricity and needs to be replaced

You can follow this way when you need to place a new battery for Dolphin Key Cutting Machine as well.

How-to guide:

Xhorse VVDI Key tool max or vvdi mini key tool can’t renew the After Market Key, because it may be unstable, if it is an Xhorse smart remote, it can burn the data without renewing.

Desolder the pcf and insert in the adapter. Already done.

As for Huf-F Series 868MHz, it is not available yet, please use the renew cable to desolder instead.

Xhorse VVDI MB program ESL for 09 Mercedes C300 W204 Procedure

Tutorial of how to use Xhorse VVDI MB program ESL for 09 Mercedes C300 W204  here:

 

Main Steps:

1. Calculate the key password
2. Load the EIS data on the ESL interface and paste the key password.
3. Tick off “Auto clear TP and personalized” and then click on “Write”, done.

 

*Except for the calculation of the password, all other steps are operated on the “ESL Tools” interface.

 

Please program the simulator in the same method of programming the ESL.

 

When operating on the car, you need to clamp the K-line cable of the ESL. The ESL has a plug connection with four wires on it. Tear the thinnest harness and clamped with the blue clip of the OBD wire before operation. There is no need to clip K-line cable separately on the platform.

Find related CAS type in VVDI Prog software.

Check the connection diagram.

Do wiring like the diagram.

Read and save data. Then use other key programmer like VVDI2 to load the dump file which is read from vvdi prog. Add new key.

Xhorse Smart Key Box Installation Guide

 

SMART KEY BOX is a newly designed tool by Xhorse, aiming to help users achieve a non-remote driving experience. By installing the tool into your car, your smartphone is able to work as an independent car key. Usually, it inherits all of the functions of your original remote, including lock, unlock, panic and trunk. Furthermore, keyless entry is also a function that can be performed on your smartphone.

1. Take out the original remote control, solder the cable according to the soldering diagram of the original remote control, pay attention to the direction.

2. Key Learning

2.1. Long press the learning key, the indicator light up to enter the learning mode.

2.2. First learn the mobile phone and then press any key to learn the remote control.

2.3. Long press the learning key, the indicatior goes out to exit the learaning mode.

3.Install smart key box

Connect the RF antenna, LF antenna (connect any two interfaces of Lfantenna), and the original remote control to be transferred.

3. Find the Vbat wire and ground wire from fuse box, OBD interface or other locations.

4. Find the ACC signal line( the original car radio, the line with electricity after the navigation power onor the instrumentlight on).

5. Connect the Vbat wire, ground wire and ACC wire of thepower supply cable to the car.

The procedure：
Next is to check original Toyota Remote.

Path: transponder clone -> read transponder.


It is 8A Toyota Keyless Go learned.

Check frequency.
It is FSK312.1MHZ/314.35 MHZ


Next is remote program - Toyota -All remote - 0020 312.1MHZ/314.35 FSK.

Put XM-Toy00GL PCB into coil antenna hole.
Remote information: PCB number 0020.

Press [Generate], meanwhile LED on XM PCB flashing.
Calculating required 5 seconds , query after 10 seconds.
 

Writing data, please wait...
Process time around 1-2 minutes.

Burn success.

Put XM-TOY001 into Toyota smart shell.

Go to program new smart remote.

Firstly, test original remote and new remote.

Then go to: IMMO program -Toyota -select by model.

Camry - 2010 -Smart key system 8A /4D CAN.

Press "Start program".

Select "Read the number of keys".
Please switch ignition on.
The number of registered key:1

Add key.
Please switch ignition on.
The number of registered key:1 , the number of keys that can also registered: 6 

Keep touching the ignition switch with sign surface of a registered key, complete the operations within 30 seconds after clicking [OK].

Click [OK] and keep touching the ignition switch with sign surface of a registered key within 30 seconds.

Note: if key sound once, take the key farther away. If key sound twice, it is programmed successfully.

Key registration succeeded!

The number of registered key:2 , the number of keys that can also registered: 5.

Please check if function of remote normal.
Remote function is ok and can start.

Job is done.
